: Location 15 min walk to old town. Restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly and helpfull staff. Room is nice and cozy, with large bed. But could be a bit more spacious. Really good breakfast, we had 3 of it and everytime it was different with wide choise.
: Room size and interiour. I was looking for hotel with pool, pool was not heatable, weather was not hot ( first half of may ) so i didnt use it... my opinion 5 star hote should have that option. It was my birthday during stay, but no compliment or congratulation was made to me...

: The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable and also the shower was fine. Breakfast was mainly salad, but some desserts were delightful. The staff was very kind. Check-in and check-out were speedy. I suggest this hotel in Heklion.
: The coffee was not so fine. The air conditioning in the room was a little bit noisy and the room was not so well isolated from external noise. The hotel car parking hotel is small just for 4-5 cars and I could not park my car during my stay. It is not easy to find free car parking around the hotel
