  : Bug screens to all windows and doors, to make most of breeze.Lots of shady and sunny places to sit.Philip was a great host and explained how everything worked, and kept in touch if needed anything.

  : Great location, walking distance to Haraki Beach and restaurants. Amazing view from our first floor apartment balcondy. Beautiful sunrise. Comfortable bed. Nice big sofa in the lounge area.
  : Wifi connection could have been better - we could connect on our laptops but not our phones. However Maria (our host) helped to reconnect one day when the wifi went down completely. Thank you Maria!

  : Pool was good, as well as the villa itself. Clean and comfortable. Ideal for 4 people. Marija was very friendly and helpful.
  : Construction works next to villa. Spoil the view and make the noise 8-15 almost every day. Not something that the owner can influence, but still..Hopefully finished soon:)

  : Very clean, spacious (especially for Greece) and well maintained. Very well equipped. Exceptional pool and great service. Lots of little extras too. We loved the location, 3 mins wLk to beach so quiet but great views and Eva's mini markets just down the road for everything you need plus a great smile.
  : The view is currently slightly spoilt by a new villa being built but there was no noise and once it has been finished it won't be noticed at all . A little expensive but worth it for us.

  : All the basic essentials in the house and a few treats which was very welcoming. Maria cleaned the villa half way through our stay which was great. Good location.
  : The electricity went a few times and no water on the last day which was a problem in the area. Building site next door was loud every morning.

  : Immaculate inside and out - loads of places to sit and relax in/out of sun. Bonus was the lovely breeze which didn't get down in the village
  : The photos show the old seaview out of windows/doors without new building blocking the forward view of sea. Still lovely seaviews to sides and hills were even nicer, but pictures need updating.

  : Check.in was supposed to be from 3pm. We communicated prior that we would be arriving at 5:30 pm . On arrival, Maria was very apologetic. The villa was not ready and would be 40 mins .She stated french family previously had broken a window and she needed to repair it.We.walked into Hataki and we were 2 hrs as we did not want .to stress her as she was very agitated.We arrived back at 7:30 pm. Villa still wasn't ready. At 9:30, our granddaughter , son in law and daughter were arriving. We stated dont worry about the villa cleaniless I will sort, but they have been on a long flight, and they will need to get the baby to sleep. 9:45, she leftFirst night air-conditioning didn't work, so husband had to sleep on the balcony - not a problem - we reported to Maria to get it fixed.The next day, she was hovering around all day, saying turn a/c off, making sure the washing machine was switched.off. Turn the cooker off at the circuit board,, it was intense. We had.no hot water for 3 days because we did not know we had to turn this on, fyi its at upstairs circuit board. We didnt want to ask Maria as we.would.not get rid.of her.She stayed in the adjoining vila as she owns both villas.On another night at 10pm after being in our villa 6hrs. Maria came knocking on the door say we had broken the door. Which we refuted, she then retracted.and said no you have not broken the door you are a nice family, but Initally this was the accusation Basicall she wants her general repairs.paid for by her tourists. Beware as plaster is coming off lower bedroom wall and theres a massive crack in the lower shower room.The biggest insult was: by the front door there is a shoe cupboard, we did not use it as we could see it was flimsy and unsafe.(basically 3 individul shoe cupboards stacked on top.of.one another , not.screwed together or.anchored to the wall.The day before.leaving,the shoe cupboard fell on top of the grandchild. Luckily she was unharmed. When.we.checked.out.
