  : Villa Efraim is in a fine, elevated position on the sunny side of the bay in the mornings and early afternoon - perfect for sum worshippers, with a big terrace upon which to take the sun. It is very well presented throughout and has all mod cons. The owner is very helpful.
  : If you are not a sun-worshipper the terrace is a fierce place until mid-afternoon. The mezzanine bedroom is close to the roof above, if you are at all claustrophobic. The location and villa are not suitable if one has mobility issues.

  : Location was excellent and large outdoor patio.
  : The bedroom AC unit needs updating, its so loud now it kept us awake and doesn't actually get that cool.

  : Excellent location and friendly host. Halki is very photogenic, beautiful harbour location with numerous tavernas . Property well maintained. Only stayed one night due to concerns regarding air-conditioning unit .
  : Air conditioning not working sufficiently in hot conditions . Bedroom ceiling low and oppressive .

  : Ample space, your own local house with ample terrace overlooking the city, very central and easy to get to, everything well taken care of in facility, fantastic view, a very nice host Amalia who was tireless in picking you up and making recommendations, little van to carry your bags from the port to the villa, walking distance to pontamos beach, large room and large dining room, modern fridge and kitchen, obvious effort into nice local decoration, fantastic house colours, perfect paiting, shaded umbrella in large terrace,
  : just one air conditioning is not enough to keep room in the mezzanine attic cool, especially for sleeping in hot August nights, for the price which is high for Dodecanese average and the ample space to cool down the two air conditioners should have been working and on ... as it was everything was perfect in the villa including the nice host attentiveness except that we had to sleep in a very hot room

  : We only stayed 1 night but all was perfect! Amalia awaited us in the port and walked us to the villa. Lovely little villa with all the suplies needed to make you feel comfortable (even a comlimentary bottle of white wine!) and an great view over the port from the large balcony. She also has a small restaurant in the port (Kifi Grill Resturant) where we had dinner twice and she proofed to be an excellent cook! In short: lovely host, beautiful small villa so absolutely recommended!
  : The wooden hatch under the dining-table needs some TLC because it feels wobbly.

  : No one to meet me at the dock after we arrived. It took almost an hour to receive the keys and location .the internet would not work could not get the tv to watch a program.had to use the fan to cool down as we could not get the air condition to work. Nice location and very clean
