Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 6 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Elaia Luxury Condo Glyfada in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that cleaning services can be arranged upon charge.

Please note that card holder name should match guest name. If the cardholder is different than the guest, an authorization form is required.

The heating of the pools is an additional facility which is charged at an additional cost by 40 Euros per night.
However, the heating systems need 24 to 48 hours to heat the pool since in is not efficient to switch in on and off. So normally we switch it on for at least 5 consecutive days prior of guest arrival.
During winter time the maximum temperature in the outdoor pools cannot exceed 23 Celsius degrees.
