  : Family environment, everyone is very welcoming. Room was very clean (towels and linen changed halfway through our stay and staff came everyday to tidy up), recently refurbished and practical. Breakfast was excellent. A playground, lawn and lounge area are available if travelling with little ones. Its right in front of a very nice beach (visible from balcony) and facilities can be used for free if you are a guest. There are some nice restaurantes 10min walking distance but if you decide to spend the day in the beach they serve some great food and drinks.

  : Beautifully styled room with a very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast. One of the best beaches on the island just across the street, sun beds reserved for guests, drinks and food served at the beach. Lovely owners who make you feel at home. We had a wonderful time.

  : The beach. It was the only thing that made our holiday.
  : Traveling around Greece for the past 3 mos, this resort hands down has got to be the worst value for money.Admittedly, my friend and I booked this place at the busiest week of August and paid A LOT for 2 nights. Its got glowing reviews so that was also very encouraging for us.On our first night, it was very windy and there was an incessant LOUD banging noise that was coming thru the AC. It was something neither of us could fix so we endured it thruout the night. We hardly slept. When we told the lady who runs it in the morning, instead of being concerned and apologetic, she replied Oh really? I didnt hear anything. I made a recording of it to make her listen. I think that caught her by surprise.We asked for an extra sheet as well on that first night as there was nothing but a flimsy sheet for my friend and I to share. We got none so we had to wear extra layers just to get thru the night. We would have slept with the windows open if they considered putting screens but alas, we had no choice but turn the AC on. Again for the amount we were charged, little comforts such as a light summer duvet should come as standard.The breakfast was a major carb load. Just bread, cakes, croissant and more bread. They serve hard boiled eggs that are almost frozen. The coffee is undrinkable. We had to order cappuccinos that thankfully they didnt charge us for. All of this we couldve overlooked if the lady manager had more warmth or eagerness to make her guests feel more welcome. She looked like everything we asked her was such trouble for her. We asked about buses to the old town. She said why do you need to go to the old town? Why dont you just stay here? (presumably for us to just eat breakfast lunch & dinner at her place). She wasnt very forthcoming with information. Like I said everything seemed like trouble for her. Really bad vibes. On our last morning before check out, she even asked if were still using the sun beds.

  : We loved the location of the guesthouse! Near the port of Gavrio and the beautiful harbor town of Batsi. It has a private beach right in front of the guesthouse where you can relax and have something to eat and drink. Ideal base to explore the island. Mimi and George were friendly hosts. They served a delicious full breakfast every morning. They were also very helpful when we had questions. The room was comfortable and big enough for the 2 of us.
  : We found the hairdryer a bit inconvenient. There were no outlets in the bathroom and the cable was too short for the outlet outside the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient.

  : The room was excellent with the most comfortable bed matresses that we ever experienced. WIFI, TV set and aircondition are very good. Beautiful room decoration. Satisfying breakfast with coffe, juice, fruits, boiled eggs, toasted sandwich, marmelade, butter, honey, cake variety, croissants, yoghurt etc..It's not a buffet, so you cannot chose what you want BUT it is very rich and there is no problem at all. The cleaning lady visited our room EVERY DAY changing towels and cleaning up. Though the hotel is family and pets friendly, there was no noise at all. There is a beautifull kids' playground where all the kids were playing. The hotel is located exactly on the most beautiful beach of the island, Kypri. The sunbeds for the customers of the hotel are free.
  : The only thing that we missed was the extremely beautifull sea view of the 1st floor balconies. We stayed on ground floor and we couldn't see the sea at all, BUT the beach is so close that we were all day long by the sea, so it was ok..
