  : Lady who owns the house does not speak English, so it was really hard to communicate. Small shower.

  : Very nice and helpful owner family. We felt welcome and got asked many times if we feel alright, offered to stay longer to wait for the afternoon bus, did phone calls for updated ferry schedules for us etc. Filoxenia. The balcony is large and the garden view actually a great panorama valley view including the sea. The house itself makes a good, friendly and clean impression.
  : I like the authentic, easy and oldschool apartments in Greece and stayed at many, having a good time. Despite the welcoming atmosphere we faced some (avoidable) problems here though that made our stay with a baby rather uncomfortable, unfortunately. - baby bed was offered but not set up, just a bag on the couch - said sleeping couch is not suitable for anyone taller than 1,70 m- the doors INSIDE the apartment really creaked super loud as they seem to havent seen any oil in years, waking up the kid at night- several basics in the kitchen missing: no knive to cut a bread, no butter knives, no cutting board, no cooking spoon, no plug for the sink to wash dishes, no warm water to wash dishes, no water pressure so it takes ages to get a liter for spaghetti or so. hardly any utensils except a soup ladle and a grater, only one bowl for yoghurt or muesli, light above the (rusty) hotplates broken so you couldnt decypher the heat level of the wornout stove knobs. - the drains made weird loud noises at night, partly for hours- and: we stayed during a very windy week which showed several basic maintenance problems. other apartments doors in the hallway banged in their wooden frames from the storm all night as they were loose without any door seal, and the hallway door to the outside area couldnt be closed because it stucks on the ground halfway. wouldnt have helped anyway as parts of the doorglas were missing and the wind would have gotten in either way. I mentioned that we felt welcome and were asked if everything was alright but due to languge barriers and our short stay just of 3 full days it was just too much to solve for a holidaySo this is more of a friendly recommendation rather than a complaint. A little bit of renovation and goodwill will surely improve a lot.

  : Spacious apartment with a big balcony and a nice view to Batsi beach. Super close to Batsi center, just 2-3mjn walk. Our apartment was cleaned thoroughly. Very comfortable beds. The owner was kind enough to give us free marmalade which tasted great. We really appreciate that they gave us a lift from Batsi to the Port so we can be on time in Gavrio for our boat.
  : It is suggested to improve the speed of the internet.

  : The place is beautiful and quiet, great view on the beach from the balcony and walking distance from the beach and bus stop, yet quiet and calm. Great and very helpful people.

  : Great location, very fast response from owner when we had questions, spacious, clean, great view, beautiful city. We appreciated the kitchen. The balcony to sit on and enjoy the view was a bonus!
  : We had freezing cold showers the first morning. I messaged the owner the first day and we did get an apology and were told the hot water would be turned on. However the second morning we took freezing showers again. We paid for three nights but left a day early and paid to stay elsewhere because we really wanted a shower. Other than that everything was good.
