  : We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Maria greeted us always with a big smile, answered all of our questions and was very kind to accept our additional requests. We enjoyed the pool area very much, it was a bit cold in the beginning of May but we still hang out there in the sun. Our toddler loved it! The room was comfortable and had a great view. The place was near the main square and lots of restaurants. It was also 10 minutes away from the bus terminal. Although it doesnt serve breakfast, it was near some caffs and a nice bakery that served nice coffee and fresh orange juice.
  : Some of the streets that lead to the restaurants and the bus terminal dont have sidewalks, so walking around with a small child requires extra attention.

  : The lady at the reception, who kindly provided us a blanked as we requested. However this small gesture cannot make up for the rest of the disastrous experience we had.
  : This place couldn't provide a peaceful and clean environment for a pleasant stay! In the middle of the night, the sink faucet detached causing a flood in the bathroom. We struggled to manage the situation, and when we tell the next day the situation to the staff, they completely ignored the issue, as a result we were left without a functional sink for two days. In addition to the sink incident, nearby the hotel they are living a family who set off firecrackers all night, making us fell under attack. During the day ( Easter Day ), they made barbeque and the smell would permeate directly into our room. The bathroom ventilation leads directly outside into their garden. I'm not sure if the neighbors are actual the owners, but their lack of respect for the guests is appalling. The bed linens were worn-out and damaged, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

  : The location was just perfect. I cannot emphasise more on how convenient it was to walk up to the Fira bus stop and just take the bus to anywhere. My entire travel was in local transport because of this convenience and I saved a lot of money there. Secondly, the property is super clean and Maria was an excellent host. She did everything possible to make my trip comfortable and also guided me on places I should see. It was totally value for money and would recommend to anyone who values cleanliness, proximity to local transport and markets, and a warm welcoming host!
  : Some more lights in the room would be lovely as during evenings the room got a bit dull.
