  : The pool area was nice, plently of sunbeds to lay on and chairs, nice pool.
  : The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were rock solid, the bedsheets had stains on them and the tap and shower were mouldy, the water was salty when brushing your teeth and the bathroom smelt of rotting sewage it was vile, the water backed up in the drain when showering, the wifi does not work and we booked for a sea view but was really as expected. No kettle or many facilities in the room, one toliet roll given to us. One small bin in the bathroom. Just a shame all around, dont be fooled by the pictures as its not really as expected. Transfers are 20 euros each way 50 if you want to go to oia and 35 for airport transfers cash only!!! 45 minute walk away from fira, 5 minute drive still 20 euros. Make sure to ask for price of transfer or just get your own transport as they wont tell you unless asking. Breakfast is disappointing!! Better off going to lidl for a pastry. No restaurant or bar near by unless you have transport, The pool and sunbathing area was the best part. Otherwise would not recommend :(

  : Nothing, I worst hotel I ever been.
  : Not clean, bad bathrooms, unmaintained bathroom utilities, poor service , arrogant staff and what not.

  : bed sheets werent so clean to me : hairs and some stains. but only for one night so no complaints made.we felt a bit harassed regarding transportation that we could only pay cash, and we had to insist a lot to pay by card.

  : The receptionist gave us a free upgrade so that is always nice :). The hotel is nice and has a great view. I would say it is good for a shorter stay (2-3 days)
  : I think you need a car to stay here because we found it to be difficult to get anywhere else than Fira with the bus.

  : We arrived there very ill and the next morning we taxied to the Santorini Clinic and had to stay the night to transfer to Athens for 14 days as I had pneumonia and my partner was ill too although not as extensive as I was. This was not the hotels fault however the very nice Receptionist could see we were both ill and proceeded to book us in for a tour the next day. In hindsight we should not have booked the tour. Instead we ended up in hospital. We did not receive a receipt for the tour and therefore couldn't claim on our insurance however we are at least alive thank goodness.
