  : The property was very nice. The rooms were comfy, good seating area, patio and jacuzzi very nice and relaxing. The housekeeping staff were so pleasant and accommodating. Very simple, no frills, easy place. Front desk staff were communicative for the most part.

  : It was really clean and comfortable, air con in the room which was great. Bathroom was clean and had everything you could need, good provision of toiletries and towels. It was also presented beautifully! It felt very authentic. Breakfast was lovely and presented beautifully. Lots of options and you could change day to day if you wanted to. It being brought to the room was a nice bonus! The staff upgraded us to a room with a sea view and private pool on the first night which was lovely!! And made us realise that a private pool room would have 100% been worth the extra money it was such a lovely experience! We had booked a room with a jetted tub and unfortunately that garden area didnt get any sun so we would definitely upgrade in future! The location was very good, within 5 - 10 minutes into central Fira. The staff were lovely! Messaged us before to offer help with booking things, we rented a quad via them which all went smoothly. They also gave us recommendations and were really helpful and friendly throughout the whole stay! I think the property is rated 2 stars but we feel it is definitely worth more than that and I kept thinking to myself how does it only have 2 stars?!
  : There is no communal pool which we have learnt is fairly common in Fira. You can book rooms with a private pool which we would definitely do in future! It is on a main road which could become a bit noisy but we never noticed it at night and it didnt bother us personally too much! Overall none of this would put us off though!

  : Just a suggestion- to provide an iron in the room and offer toasted bread or a toaster in the room. Otherwise no complaints at all.

  : Spacious room, 10-15 mins walk to town centre, bus stop just a 2 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast delivered everyday to our room and they were delicious, especially over looking the view.Irene and Giorgia were super nice and accomodating! Always with a smile!
  : The hotel is located infront of the street so sometimes its noisy when cars passing by.

  : This place was amazing! It was in a nice quiet location. The room was spacious and I had my own jacuzzi. Breakfast was amazing! The staff was great too, very helpful and would always help me to order food or for directions. As a solo traveller I felt very safe I would definitely recommend. Before leaving I got a small gift from Ireni the owner and it was a very nice gesture. She explained that it was made by her grandfather which makes it even more special!
