  : The room was as described, spacious and well-decorated. Cleaning services were good, with fresh towels every day. Donia at reception is always very welcoming, friendly and with a smile on her face. A very welcome exception and a breath of hospitality in a rather inhospitable place.
  : The entire combo (of four rooms-suites) is built in front of the main road leading to Fira and is therefore very busy with traffic all day. Even during the night, the traffic was heavy and often quite loud, making our sleep rather uncomfortable.The sunset from the balcony is equally underwhelming both due to the traffic noice and the electricity cables and pillars which obstruct your field of view.The place is also rather far away from everywhere if you dont have a car. It is impossible to go anywhere from here on foot and quite unsafe as well.Breakfast was also rather underwhelming; while it is served literally to your front door and it is not bad, it is the same assortment of mainly bread and a couple of pastries every day with just slight variations (swapping one item over another); it quickly becomes rather boring.

  : Room was clean and well styled and staff were lovely.
  : Description was not accurate. Location on a very busy and noisy road which the terrace looked out over. Room was described as having a separate lounge but kitchen, lounge and bed were all same room. Also described as having a kitchenette but this meant kettle, coffee machine and fridge (no hob). The location was the biggest issue; would not have been a relaxing break for us so we left and found somewhere else to stay.

  : The location looks like it is a long way from everything and although it is on a busy road, the cost and the quality of the rooms was great.

  : Lovely and helpful staff. Spacious room and large bed. Great working aircon and wifi. Lots of privacy, and breakfast was delivered to the room daily.
  : As mentioned in other reviews, location is a short drive from the city but we had no problems at all getting taxis. Staff was very good at organising them, very fast.

  : Great personnel and facilities. The apartment is well designed and has everything you need. Breakfast was served at the balcony table which was great. The personnel was really polite and helpful. They helped us with booking excursions which was awesome for our short stay.
  : The location of the property is far from super markets or restaurants so you need a car to go around. The property is in front of a busy road so relaxing at the balcony and looking at the caldera view was not as expected.

  : These are 4 rooms above commercial buildings on a main road.No other facilities at all..I felt the pictures were misleading as we thought it was a Hotel establishment. We arrived late at night and had no idea how to get in at first as the taxi dropped us and left and there was no reception.Looking for a telephone number at 1am wasn't a nice start to our holiday.... It definitely could have been communicated better about what happens on arrival...The metal rings on the hanging sheets outside need attention as they squeak in the wind.

  : Smelled of stale smoke, located right next to a very noisy road above what feels like a strip mall (although the business units below were relatively quiet save for a few big trucks coming to load goods).
