  : The hotel was easy to find and get to from Thira bus station. It is a gentle uphill from Thira Centre so it was an easy stroll with our luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to have an early check in which was really convenient and helpful. Our room was big with a small outside balcony overlooking the other side of Thira. The bathroom was small but good water pressure in the shower. The pool is beautiful! Clean and refreshing! The beds are comfortable. It's away from the main strip of Thira making it a quiet area.
  : The walls were thin as we could hear other guests yelling. The wifi didn't work well in our room so we would have to sit out by the pool to use it. Our balcony was quite dusty and dirty so we didn't enjoy sitting out there. The glasses supplied were dirty and we had to rewash in the bathroom sink.

  : Room may be too small for puting big baggage, shower is weak and area is too small. Up hill and down hill from hotel to bus hub. Pool is beautifull. Hotel owener is nice.
  : Shower head should be replaced, its clogged. Hanger or shelf is needed inside bath room.

  : Nice staff and room was clean but very basic with no shower (just a tap). Disappointing even for a brief overnight stay.
  : Poor bathroom facilities. Large noisy fridge in room.

  : Our room was exactly as photographed. The accommodation is clean and no frills. There was a handy little balcony to sit out on in the evening and the lighting around the pool area does add a nice ambience to the hotel. They run an efficient operation and expected us upon arrival. The lady who runs the hotel is more friendly than the young girl who greeted us on the first day but all was fine. It did entertain us that there were disco lights in the room under the beds - they seem like an expensive luxury in a hotel of this calibre and may not get put to good use as this is a family orientated hotel. I did use the pool and that was a treat. If I was looking for a room for one or two nights in Santorini then I would stay again but perhaps I would look for somewhere slightly more comfortable if I were staying longer. The hotel is excellent value for money for Santorini.
  : It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a coffee/tea. The kettle was out in the corridor and you have to go and ask for cups - luckily we had our own coffee/tea with us. Other than that all was good.

  : Great 1 night stay in Hotel Hellas before we got out flight back. We were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost and beds were very comfortable. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for 5 euro each after checkout until our flight while we explored Fira.
  : There wasn't a footpath the whole way to the hotel from the main streets but this is common in Fira. Roads with all the ATVs are bit scary sometimes but nothing the hotel can do just an FYI

  : The troglodyte house was uncomfortable for us, but the owners changed our room before we asked as soon as we mentioned it.The AC units are a bit old and loud

  : Excellent Stay! We really enjoyed our stay in Santorini (Fira) at the Hellas hotel,location was really good close to everywhere with very nice and clean pool.Great view from the balcony! staff were greatIrene is a great person and very helpful.
