  : Very close to the beach with many restaurants around. Even though you need to pay for lounge chairs on the beach the ones near the pool are free and it's very close to the beach.
  : Beds were hard.

  : There was no one to great us we did not know where to go as there was no reception desk We had to ask a lady that was sitting on a sun bed She kindly point to where there was one It wasnt the one for our hotel it was the Aquuirs one we were told that we share the desk they can only check us in only . The room was on the second floor so we asked to change the room the lady on the desk said that she had to email the owner so for now was had to use that room When I went to use the shower the next day there was no shower door and the shower holder was broken and there were mould around the shower tray . When we went and told the lady on reception she said she could not do anything about it as it was not part of Aquaris In the meantime she said that she had a reply from the owner and we could change the room to ground floor. Which we did but we also noticed that the shower holder was broken but we could use the shower but had to hold the shower head in the hand when showering. Then a few days later the toilet would not flush the only way to flush was to lift the toilet bowl lid open it was junk told the lady on reception she said she would email the owner. It did get fixed but still hard to flush once again the emailing the owner no one to sort out the problem straight away you have to wait . There was no one to clean the swimming pool area and the pathway leading to the beach was always dirty. My husband showed me the photos that are on the site showing what the hotel should look like which they are not in real life . We where really looking for ward to the stay and I am sure that there are lots of people out there that have to save up money to go on a holiday and when there are these things at are not what they should be its really disappointing.

  : The view from the room was lovely. Balcony was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. 2nd pool was nice and quiet. So close to the beach
  : Check in rushed. Had to pay extra for pool towels and again if you wanted them changed.

  : The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is perfect.. right on the beach with 3 pools. But also close enough to the bars & clubs for a night out.
  : The only issue we had was our aircon stopped working for the last 2 days which meant we had to sleep outside because it was just too hot in the room :( The staff did try and fix it for us but it still didnt work unfortunately. The wifi didnt work at all for us either; but we actually didnt mind that at all :)

  : Location was great. Close enough to and far enough from the center. The best beach nearby because of sandy shore. Nice and kind staff.This hotel share the area and pool with Aquarius hotel.
  : We booked a standard room that state it has a balcony but we got the ground floor with a terrance.. a bit of missleading description. But when we asked them about the situation we got a room on the 1st floor with the balcony.One day we left our book and a plastic bottle spray on 1-1 sunbed (at aquarius pool) and went off for an hour. When we got back other couple laid on the beds and our stuff were missing. We asked the (aquarius) staff and they handed back our book with half wasted and missing back cover and our spray was gone.Nobody saw nothing..

  : Right beside Golden Beach. Air conditioning worked well. Beach towels were available free of charge.
  : The bed was a bit hard but you'll get to sleep. Good black out curtains.

  : Great location, comfy beds, great sea views, lovely beach and really friendly and helpful staff (they are staff of Aquarius hotel which is adjoining hotel and runs beach bar, restaurant and checks in guests). Really clean and well serviced. If I return to Rhodes I will stay again. Just a short walk to shoos, restaurants, bars and transport.
  : Bathrooms in standard rooms could do with an upgrade

  : Beautiful landscape design. Fruit trees on the property. Easy walk to the center of town.
  : No one on the premises for front desk service. All communication must be done through booking
