Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available cot.

People no matter the age stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property can also prepare meals, upon request and at extra charge.

Please note that the 3-bedroom villa features a pool, while the 2-bedroom house does not.
