  : Nikoleta was a warm welcomer. Welcomed us with fresh vegetables from the garden. Her daughter Corina gave us a detailed information on how to reach the studios from the port, so it was quite easy to find. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. There is also a mini market 10 minutes walk away. Close to Golden Beach. The room view was perfect. Air conditioner and fridge were working properly. The sheets and towels were clean.

  : Firstly, big shout out to (who we assume is!) Nikoleta. Extremely smiley and friendly and despite the limited English, always tried to ask what we had been up to the day before. She brought fresh fruit a couple of mornings and AMAZING rice pudding on the final morning. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds but can walk to one of the best Paros beaches (Golden Beach) in less than 15 minutes. Drios Town and beach are even closer (and have better snorkeling!). The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and extremely easy to use. Drios doesn't have a lot of options, but there is a small (but expensive) supermarket that has everything you'll need. The AC is very good, so if you want to be chilled, you will be. The shower has great water pressure. There's a lovely covered patio area outside, plus a small peaceful garden with a comfy hammock. The kitchenette is small, but you can make most simple meals. There is a an electric grill press and we enjoyed cheese toasties one evening! The complimentary local olive oil and capers were very appreciated! We had a great stay here and would definitely return :)

  : Good room, very nice terrace, very calm and relaxing area but many good restaurants and coffee places in walking distance. Nikoleta was a great host, she brought us fruits and veggies from her garden every day and also some other treats like olives and jam, very delicious! The room was cleaned many times during our stay.
  : For us it was no problem but the room was rather smaller than spacious.

  : the old lady in the morning was so kind and hardworking. the view is pretty and the balcony is pleasant.
  : the studios need modernisations. they are old in every way, from the bathrooms to the furniture to the appliances.

  : Its a beautiful property nearby to the beach, with a gorgeous garden. The balcony of our studio was facing the garden with an ocean view, where we spent most of our time when we were in the studio. A nice breeze flowing through there!
  : Nothing negative to say. Our AC unit wasnt fully working and ice was leaking, but I let Nikoletta know, so hopefully she will repair it for the next guests.

  : Nikoleta is very friendly and welcoming. She had prepared some vegetables, oil and eggs from her garden which were delicious. The property really does have postcard views and it is very quiet. Its a quick five minute walk to the small beach in Dryos where there are restaurants and a supermarket. Id recommend a car though (a small car as the roads are quite narrow).
  : No complaints at all. Two minor things - a large family group arrived and they were really loud. Also it is cash payment only which I was only made aware of the day before I left. I usually prefer to bring larger sums of cash from home to not have to hunt for an ATM or deal with the ATM fees.

  : Nice clean simple room with a small well stocked kitchen, I had a large deck with seaview.The owner was very nice and gave me some fresh eggs one morning. Minimarket about 10 minutes walk away with an ATM, a few restaurants on the water and a bakery.Whilst away from the main touristy part of Paros it is well worth staying for a few days if you want some total downtime. Easy walk to the beach.
