  : Excellent location, house had fantastic view. Spacious and pleasantly renovated interior, with cool attic space and comfy bed. Big kitchenette, reliable internet, adequate heating facilities including a nifty air heater in the bathroom. Main entrance door that only opens from the inside helps feeling safe. Parking is relatively easy in the area and there was a mini market nearby that was open long hours.
  : There was an enclosed atrium space amidst the apartments from where you could see myriads of trapped flies when looking out from the apartments living room windows. It left quite a bit to the imagination as to what might have been attracting them. TV was small, less than basic with periods of blank screens (sound only). Wardrobe right next to the main bedroom was full of clothes (rest were locked, unless you went to another room). No nespresso or similar machine which is considered standard nowadays. No hairdryer, no ashtray for the balcony, extremely soft (or hard) pillows. No bedside table on the one side.

  : The location of the villa is lovely -- on a quiet street just outside of the village of Delphi. We loved the balconies and, especially, the views of the valley with the Gulf of Corinth beyond. These alone make the villa a lovely place to stay.
  : This is a fairly new rental, overseen by a property management group. They still have a few issues to work out. One of these is that check-in and check-out were disorganized and stressful. I'm sure they have already figured out ways to streamline this process for guests who came after us. Also, there are two bathrooms listed, but the toilet in one of them was not functioning when we were there. We did bring it to their attention, so hopefully that has been fixed. Finally, the ad for the property lists three bedrooms. Two of these are lovely standard bedrooms. The third is a loft above an open living/kitchen/dining area. This area has sloping ceilings and bad lighting. The property description should indicate that the third "bedroom" is an open loft. That area was also incredibly hot during our stay, even with fans and an air conditioner, while the rest of the house was much cooler.
