  : The exterior was beautiful and sophisticated .
  : The room with the exception of the balcony was like my dorm room of the 70s but smaller.

  : Breakfast was really good as well as the outside areas of the hotel.
  : Unfortunately we left with disappointment for the below reasons: - the place looks wonderful on the pictures but the facilities are from the 90es, meaning that for example we were struggling with the drain in our room as whenever we wanted to let the water from the bathtub go down, water came back up from the drain and flooded our bathroom - the hotel is close to the beach, but does not have private beach: you have to walk 5-10 minutes next to the highway to get to a not that nice beach. You need to rent a car if you would like to discover Chios. - internet did not work for the whole afternoon once, we were told by the receptionist that she would immediately come to take a look at it, but she did not appear for more than an hour, then confirmed that she needs to call the technician to get it fixed. When in the night we went back again to ask, we were told that they could not reach the technician and he may (or may not) reply the day after. Not a big deal, unless you plan to work from the hotel. - completely unresponsive staff: we have sent an email to request a discount because of the above but have never received any feedback. Not good value for money.

  : Overall a good facility. clean, smiling staff, good Wi-Fi, large room, nice breakfast service, right across from the beach, walking distance to the marina and a few minutes from the airport.
  : Although the hotel does not have many significant shortcomings, I would expect there to be drinks in the minibar and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

  : the location and garden is very nice but the rooms are with old designed bed and furniture . and old bathroom .

  : Friendly check in staff and we were very grateful that our room was available early after arriving on an early ferry. Location not too bad, within walking distance from port if you're keen. Good size room. Great choice at breakfast.
  : Beds were a little hard and the shower could do with a revamp. Disappointed that the pool was not open.
