  : The owner was very friendly and helpful. it is a beautiful property on a hill top with a lovely view. We appreciated the groceries she left for us and that she arranged a cleaning during our stay and change of linens.
  : Unfortunately we had very cold and rainy weather the whole week we were there and I do not want that to effect my review. We found the need to turn a hot water heater on each time we wanted hot water a bit of a hassle for the price of the accommodation. the master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain/glass and there is no way to shower without the room being a flooded mess every time. There is no hot tub, but a jacuzzi bathtub. the pool is not heatedwe knew this going in and this is not a fault of the property, but if you want to use the pool, you should not come to Crete until June. This is advertised as a private villa, but it is actually the top 2 floors with the property owner living below you on the same property. you are about 15 minutes from Chania by car, so you definitely need a car. it is fairly windy as you are up high and exposed. the knives in the kitchen were dull and difficult to cook with.
