  : The property location was in the heart of the action but still quiet enough for us to sleep. The property had all the expected facilities needed for our stay and was cleaned daily, more than we needed. The outside patio was brilliant and allowed us to have a morning coffee or an evening meal outside in the sun.
  : There is little sound insulation between the downstairs and upper second bedroom, so when people move around upstairs or talk you can hear this in the master bedroom. This wouldn't stop us from returning as the property more than makes up for this.

  : Nice spacious cosy apartment, good mattress , nice location , clean and maintained clean during your stay by cleaning staff .
  : Towels were old and shower had a curtain next to toilet and the toilet was always wet after shower .

  : The apartment was clean, modern and in an excellent central location in Benitses. The bars and tavernas are right on your doorstep but you dont hear the noise from the restaurants (the restaurants at the front seemed to close down around midnight). A great option for staying in Benitses and exploring the south east coast
  : On street parking could be a little tricky at night as it was very busy (late August). Our main gripe was that we could hear the neighbours footsteps from the adjoining apartments which even made the bed vibrate slightly but otherwise this wouldve been a perfect stay. The shower area was very small.

  : We arrived quite late, one of Alexs sons met us to show us to our place. The apartment was easily accessible. There is no parking directly beside the building, but plenty of parking on the street & small lot by sea wall. Apartment was lovely, & Benitses location for us was great since we traveled the whole island with our rental car & its is kind of in the middle. There was no coffee maker, only hot water pot & Alex remedied that the very next day. Cleaning staff super helpful & kind, they patiently waited for us to get in and clean our place when we had late starts to our day before heading out to explore. Sadly, Previous renters had broken off the washing machines door, but there was a washing machine available to use down by the boat marina for a small fee. Washer was fixed on our 2nd week. The patio area was so nice, we had most of our meals outside when we cooked at home. We arrived mid October, weather was lovely, a couple days rain, but only lasted sometimes just a couple of hours. Please note, most of the island is seasonal, and shuts down for the winter. Many of the shops had already closed for the season, and all but 1 restaurant in town closed 2 days before left. You can see Alex takes pride in his apartments & also his community. We would definitely stay at La Soffitta again. Thank you Alex for all your help.
  : You Must buy a Sim if you dont have international cell for directionals. Weve driven all over Europe & many places in Greece, Corfu was a definite challenge. Streets are in dire need of servicing & many 2 lanes only narrow enough for 1 car in SO many places, lots of pulling over because passing was impossible.

  : The property is very modern and comfortable. It was cleaned and fresh towels provided everyday during our stay. The terrace is a fantastic area to relax. It is well located, within a few meters of the beach, restaurants and bus stop. It was lovely to see that the hosts had left us with a bottle of water and orange juice. We also appreciated that Teabags and coffee sachets were provided.
  : The floor boards are very thin and we could hear everytime someone moved in the upstairs bedroom. As the upstairs bedroom is open plan and has no door, conversations taking place there could he heard throughout the apartment.
