  : I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience my family and I had during our stay at Venetia Hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude left a lasting negative impression on us. It is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, particularly when we had high hopes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Furthermore, the excessive restrictions imposed throughout the premises only added to our disappointment. The limitations placed on the use of the swimming pool and children's play area were beyond reasonable. We understand the importance of ensuring security and safety, but the extent of these restrictions greatly affected our ability to enjoy the facilities as paying guests. To add to our frustrations, even the simplest requests, such as an extra glass of water, were met with excuses attributing the inadequate service to a lack of staff. It is unacceptable for a hotel to be so short-handed that basic necessities become a challenge to fulfill. This certainly did not create a comfortable or accommodating environment for us during our stay. Based on our experience, I regret to say that we will not be considering staying at your hotel again in the future. We had anticipated a memorable and enjoyable visit, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. We hope that you take this feedback constructively and consider making necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
