  : We were robbed at this property while we were exploring the city. We returned to the studio with all of our belongings spread across the floor and $2250 worth of our belongings stolen. The individual who robbed us came through the front door. Per the police who investigated the robbery, a simple tool could have been purchased from many stores, in order to break open these types of doors. This is not a safe place to stay and I am concerned for any future guest who may book their stay there. Not only was a lot stolen from us but the property management is refusing to refund our money for the stay and did not cooperate with the police investigation. The only course of reconciliation the property management offered was another room at one of their locations at a much lower value and a significant distance away from the original place, providing no offer of transportation to get there. This all occurred at 9pm in the evening and they did not support any ways of transportation and expected us to cover the expense of transportation. We rejected this offer as we were robbed at their property and we did not feel safe at their additional location as they showed no concern in regards to our safety or the robbery and have only rudely insisted that we accept their conditions.
