  : Wonderful place! Very well equipped, good beds. Good and friendly communication!

  : Location, spaciousness of the apartment, amenities. Apartment is very comfortable, with all kitchen and bathroom amenities and very well equipped. Strong Wi-Fi, lovely balcony, clean, nicely working A/C. It was very easy to acquire keys and communication at check in was nice.
  : First, double bed was extremely soft, which gave us sleepless nights. However, the second thing was more important - the fact that we could not leave our luggage for couple of hours, really ruined our impression about the appt and the host. We asked at check in if it would be possible to leave our suitcase until 2PM, after our checking-out at 11, and the owner didn't want to accommodate us with this request. We didn't ask to extend our stay, we planned to leave the appt at 11, but we were just asking to leave only the suitcases for 2,5 hours (while the cleaners are in, and long before other guests arrive). But it was not possible, i.e. possible if we paid for 50% of the nightly rate - which gave us the impression that they didn't have new guest at all, just didn't want to provide that service (owner claimed that it is sanitary regulation which we never heard of nor experienced before). Having 4 suitcases after 2-week vacation in Greece and no place to leave it while waiting for the flight, created such inconvenience for us. Especially since lockers were very, very uphill (it is Kolonaki area). This never happened to us in Athens, and we come at least 2 times per year and deal with many private owners. Thus, we would strongly recommend checking your flight schedule, compare it with check out time, and if there is a time difference - just look for other options in Kolonaki, there are so many nice places with service-oriented owners.

  : Located near the centre of kolonaki. They accepted a change in the dates.
  : Noisy at night ( first night a bunch of guys were fighting outside and yelling around 3am) and the nearby apartment didnt follow the quiet times. We asked for baby cot but there wasn't. The told us we can check in 14.00 and finally we checked in 14.45.
