  : Too old rooms and bathroom. I did not get what I saw in the pictures in booking.com website. Room and bathroom are older than I expected.

  : The blonde lady at the reception was very helpful but also her colleagues. :) She offered us a better room after arrival. The room was ready before check-in and they cleaned it almost every day even though we didn't request that :) The hotel is close to the city center but also nearby beaches just a few minutes by public transportation.
  : Maybe a bit old-fashioned style hotel but anyway it was lovely to stay here.

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant within the hotel was nice.The breakfast buffet was warm and fresh. Coffee and juice from the machines. All in all quite nice.The beds were comfortable. The air con was okay.The location is only 15 to 20 minutes from a beach (Edem) by tram/bus and only 20 to 30 minutes into the centre by tram/bus/metro.There is a lovely square with playground for kids and many cafés/restaurants and a tram station, only 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel (it's like a city centre, it has many different shops and a supermarket as well).
  : The top sheets on the beds need renewing (there was a lot of old stains and it looked a shabby). As well as the shower curtain. We ended up not even using it because the bath/shower is very small and there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom. It said on here that the rooms were renovated. I don't think so. Only the restaurant downstairs looks new, so don't be fooled by the pictures on here. But all in all it still was quite comfortable.Also, be aware that your room will stink of cigarette smoke, as smoking is allowed in the rooms (luckily not in the restaurant/lobby). It took us some time to air out the room and aircon which reeked of smoke.

  : The room was in a very bad shape, the walls were yellow, the furniture's old and dearty. I checked out earlier cause the situation. Even if is very cheap it's not worth the effort to book there
