  : Large Apartment with huge balcony although it was to big. Secure unit on a quiet residential street. Located on first floor so view to court yard not the park.
  : Host was difficult to reach Upon arrival and did not respond to my concerns. No paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Having coffee packets would be nice or at least a bottle of water in fridge but no. Be ready to walk a couple of kilometers to train station

  : There was no breakfast. The location was what I expected.
  : The complete absence of cleaning. Bins not emptied for the whole period as opposed to every day in the previous apartment. No provision of a desk for working. The apartment was very dark. The kitchen chairs were for the outdoors and far too low - for a person of above average height. I already sent you a memo detailing all my complaints shortly after getting back.

  : Very large, spacious, well-appointed apartment in a sunset area in north Athens
  : 1. website said we would be met by host - we werent.2. I sent three messages asking for early check-in. Took ages to get a reply 3. instructions to get keys not clear. Host did not explain how to get into front gate4. Had to switch on heating for 20 mins to get hot water5. Absolutely nothing in the large kitchen - no kitchen paper, no dish cloths, no water in fridge, no salt, pepper, sugar etc. The previous place had everything incl water, coffee, beer and wine in the fridge and flowers on the table and a very welcoming host who gave us info on bakeries, restaurants etc.

  : The location is excellent and the house offers some reasonable facilities which if it was properly cleaned they would be very useful.
  : Seriously this house had not been cleaned for weeks... The dust was impossible and the humidity was also bad as I guess the heating had not been on for some time. My allergies went through the roof. The bed mattress had a really disgusting stain (possibly from urine), the kitchen had burned food on the stove and sticky oily stains on the backsplash, and a half-full rubbish bag greeted us on entering the apartment. After sending all this to the host through their dedicated web-app we received no response what so ever, and just a day before checkout they sent us a message about the checkout process without even acknowledging receipt of our messages!
