  : Location was good/ ok . Good and immediate communication via what up on line for any clarification needed.
  : Very small elevator ; no reception based on concept virtual key check in . So one should have his mobile to be able to access the room.

  : The hotel is in an amazing location. you can walk the entire Athens centre from there. Room decor and cleanliness were amazing, they even offered some reusable water bottles and instant cameras to use during the stay.
  : bathrooms (including toilets) are just simple frosted glass cabinets - meaning there is no privacy at all. if you stay alone - this is not a bother at all, but if you are with someone it can quickly become uncomfortable. the hotel isn't staffed but you can chat on WhatsApp if you have any issues. however, out of hours, they can't help you with anything. I stayed in one of the upper floors and the air conditioning was set to 26 degrees! that is HOT and uncomfortable. I also I stayed in the pet-friendly room with my cat (relevant). the temperature can not be changed. I contacted someone through WhatsApp and they recommended I sleep with an open window. 1. - I have a cat, I really didn't want him to go missing or fall out from the heights. 2. - the noise level from outside restaurants and bars was at 80 dB! the issue could not be solved until the next day. in addition, we have asked for twin beds and the request was confirmed by the hotel a few days after I made a booking. on arrival, we discovered that they did not give us a twin bed, or extra blankets. I contacted the staff on WhatsApp about this too. at first, they denied ever confirming that I would get a twin room, practically calling me a liar. After I showed them the email with confirmation, they said that there wasn't anything they could do at that moment. after I insisted on a solution, they gave me a second room for that night, which was converted into a twin the next morning, the air conditioning set to 18C without the possibility of changing it. so we were freezing for the next two nights, compared with boiling for the first night.

  : Fantastic place. Very helpful staff ready to help anybtime via whatsup..Very good breakfast downstaris in the bar. I recommemd this place. We lived in a roomy apartment in 5th floor with our 3 kids. One thimg- vhurch bells woke us up at 6 for 1 munbut we managed to fall asleep, maybe because it was Easter time? Otherwise we were surprised with the service, fantastic view, some little surprises. Thank you !

  : Location location locationfew steps from main tourist area. Fully automated (online) have to familiarise with the technique and it went smoothly. Clean and big room and we got a room with the acropolis view. Night view is stunning and lots of activities downstairs. Aircond and heater works well. Make use of the luggage storage area if you arrive early or late flight after checkout.
  : breakfast is quite similar everyday as it was at a cafe downstairs and too lazy to go into the second choice cafe.
