Disappointing

  : Great location, very central.
  : Overall our stay was disorganised and disappointing. We were totally unaware this was an independently run apartment which = no reception, assistance with bags, immediate point of contact. Also arrived to no towels and no hand soap in room. We were not aware at point of booking that lift only goes to level 6 and we would have to carry 30kg suitcases up to level 7 without any help. Could be very troublesome for elderly guests without assistance from staff. Water was also not working upon arrival however we are aware this is not the fault of anyone and the on call staff member was able to assist. No blanket on bed or available anywhere inside apartment, only a sheet which got quite cold. Also only 1 x pillow available per guest.

The owner does not have only one apartment in the building, and confusion has been created that any apartment you get from booking will have that view. When I made the reservation, I only had the superior apartment available and I assumed that I would have that dream balcony. It seems that this option is only available for the apartment for 2 people. It's good to know in case you like the advertisement and you are more than 2 people, and you will be 4, like we were. Otherwise, the apartment is ok, although it was quite noisy at night, screams, cracks, if you sleep sensitively, you may be disturbed. Easy access to the center. It was clean, hot water. The only minus is that it has no terrace or balcony.

  : The Location, how spacious the apartment was and it was clean.
  : Just one thing that could be improved upon is the air circulation. The AC worked well, but its location in the kitchen. The host provided a fan in the living room and we moved it to the bedroom but there were only two outlets next to the night tables. Adding a power bar or extension cord could of helped in locating the fan at the end of the bed.

  : The apartment was just lovely, once I was able to locate it.
  : The location was a bit challenging to find. Also, getting to to the floor and into the apt was a bit of a challenge. The surrounding area is slightly sketchy, so I wouldn't recommend going out alone at night.

  : The apartment was very clean. The location was perfect. The balcony was just as pictured with the amazing view of the acropolis.
  : The coffee machine was a small nespresso which took mini pods. We were given only 2 pods for 2 people for 3 nights. In Canada these can only be purchased at a Nespresso store. We couldn't find any to buy. It would have been great to have morning coffee on the patio!!

  : Great central location, fabulous views of the Acropolis from a big deck. Giannis was an excellent host. AC was effective. Good value for the money.
  : Elevator only goes to 6th floor, apartment on 7th with narrow staircase. Would be tough if you had mobility issues. Apartment very small but decent size bathroom.

  : Spacious and comfortable. We loved buying take away food and bringing it back to the apartment. We would sit on the balcony with the stunning view of the the Acropolis in front of us while the sun set.
  : It was very dirty outside and on the stairwell. I thought we would get stuck in the tiny lift. The apartment is not well signed and needs a deep clean of tables, couch and floors.

  : The location was great in walking distance of shops, restaurants and Acropolis. It is a very spacious apartment with lots of light and windows. Our host was very helpful.
  : There are a lot of stairs if your suitcase is heavy. There is a lift but it looked quite old.

  : the view is the best thing about this place. it is just gorgeous. the apartment itself is relatively modern and had what we needed for a short stay
  : unfortunately there was a few things- the wifi was extremely slow and barely worked, no solution other than being told to restart the router (which didnt work)- the lift did not work so be wary the apartment is on the 6th/7th floor- agreeing with some other reviews, the place could definitely do with a deep clean - the street of the entrance and the buildings entry arent the nicest, but a few meters around the corner is a trendy neighbourhood - and the inside of the apartment itself is nice we still enjoyed our stay and the view definitely made up for some of these things

  : Excellent views and location. Very much in the middle of everything. Room was very clean with everything we needed.
  : The restaurant use the entrance as their smoking area but it didn't bother us. Room is on the top floor (best views) but last floor is a narrow staircase. Again it didn't bother us but will be important to some.
