  : The location and welcoming were great. The view is exceptional.
  : The apartment could use a renovation, the bed linens and towels are not appealing, the beds and mattresses could be replaced. The shower did not work properly. The apartment is loaded with personal decorative stuff that could be removed to give a fresher look.

  : First of all, for the price of this place, the views were incredible! The villa is about a 10 minute drive up the mountains from the port so I would HIGHLY recommend hiring a car. There are plenty of places to get a car and it wont break the bank either. There are so many beautiful villages and beaches on Tinos but you do need a car to access them.One of the best things about our stay was the hospitality! We felt so looked after and welcomed at this villa and any questions that we asked they were met with all help that could be given to us. Our flights were leaving late and it was a particularly hot day so we were unsure where we would go but we were allowed to stay by the pool all day! We were even provided towels to use as well.It was an overall beautiful trip and I would recommend this property to anyone (families, groups of friends or even solo travel) who wants a peaceful retreat away from noise and crowds.
  : The one negative (not to much of a negative at all) was the fact that there is no AC or fans throughout the villa. Our stay was only three nights so it was bearable but I can imagine if the stay was longer it would have been quite tricky to get to sleep.

  : Location, amazing view, facilities, fully equipped kitchen, welcoming, polite and helpful host
  : Needs to improve cleanliness: had a lot of dust! Area around the pool was not clean. Needs to implement some rules in terms of pool use when more than one of the apartments is occupied eg. pool could perhaps close at 9pm, otherwise if guests in one apartment want to party but the guests in another apartment want to relax or have children then obviously partying till late with loud music would disturb as all 4 apartments are close to the pool.

  : The villa was roomy, and we had the shared pool to ourselves for half of our stay. The owner met us at the port, and we followed him to the villa. This was really helpful since it was about a 15 minute drive, up the mountain. The owner was super helpful, recommending beaches, bringing a fan and HDMI cables, and generally whatever we needed when we requested it, he stays in a separate room on the property, had stocked the refrigerator by the pool bar with soft drinks and beer. Very thoughtful! The villa even had some water and a bottle of wine to welcome us. There was a garage/covered parking which was great to keep the car out of the sun, and only a few stairs to navigate to get from the car to the villa (there are lower villas with a few more stairs, but ours was on the upper level, closest to the pool).
  : The villa does NOT have A/C, to be fair, the booking.com website indicates that. However, as a result, it was very hot inside when the wind finally stopped blowing. So the rooms either need A/C, or ceiling fans need to be installed. The bedroom decor in yellow bedroom needs to be updated. There's a wardrobe and a chest of drawers that make moving around the room impossible. Plus the fabric itself is draped along the canopy bed, and I kept nearly slipping on it. In general, the furniture needs updating throughout. All the beds are very low, mattresses are hard, pillows were flimsy and too soft, the white boho sling type chair is cool to look at, but impossible to standup out of without assistance, the couch cushions in the living room were way too overstuffed and firm, and far too heavy and the pullout mattress on the couch had nasty yellow/brown spots on it. Not something you want to see every day pulling the couch out and putting it away. In general, since the villa only has 2 bedrooms, it sleeps 4 comfortably in the beds, but we were 5 people, so someone was always on the pullout. We knew that of course. The mattress was far too heavy to pull out and put away every day, and looking at the spots was really distressing. The one bathroom was very narrow, but the other bathroom was roomier -- however that shower drained very slowly. In the kitchen, it was appointed with everything we could've needed which was wonderful, but the kitchen sink is located in the corner in a very uncomfortable position. You can't stand straight in front of the sink, very awkward. In the pool area, the pool liner is peeling away from the area near the stairs and plants are starting to grow out of it. The sight of that grossed me out.There is no washing machine in the unit, but there is one on the grounds.

  : Great views of the Aegean sea,15min drive from Tinos town, spacious Apartments, big swimming pool, nice equiped kitchen. We were a group of 3 families, 12 people total in 3 Villas.
  : The areas around the Pool weren't clean ,the Shower in one of the apartments wasn't working. No Ac unit , I understand it's the Windy island but during the heatwave bedrooms were hot
