  : Huge room with lovely, big, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, a little pool bar serving a few drinks and there were comfy, cushioned beds by the pool. Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach and Arkassa town centre and had lots of free parking on site. We were also given robes and slippers in the room, which was a nice touch.
  : No kettle or iron and ironing board in the room, which was a shame, and the shower wasn't very powerful (sort of expected more for the size of it). The jacuzzi also needed topping up to work properly and we couldn't figure out the temperature control as the display seemed to be broken. All fairly minor things but would have made our stay even better

  : The personnel was always pleasant and smiling and willing to help. They did their best to help us when we got sick. The room was nice and spacious, and both balconies had great view. There was wine and "tsipouro" in the room as a welcoming gift, which was a nice touch.
  : - The jacuzzi had no option to get it covered so even though it was cleaned, it was dirty by the time we got back in the room after the beach. There was an option presented to be given a fishing net to clean the jacuzzi but that was never given. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned and maintained better. - the breakfast had limited options and the location where it is served is not the best. Half the tables are exposed to the sun which makes breakfast not that pleasant. - the bed frame was a double, but the mattresses were two single and that was not convenient. To top that, the mattresses and the pillows were too soft and we couldn't really enjoy our sleep. - the room had plenty of visitors (ants) and a VIP once (cockroach). Not all the windows had a net to keep them out and as a result you have to be on alert. The main reason that I mention the cockroach is that when we asked to get that cleaned, it was just picked up with a paper and the place where we smashed it was still left with "evidence". We had to clean it a bit ourselves instead of waiting for the next day. - There was also a bad smell when using the water in the toilet, but that was probably fixed, or at least reduced, after cleaning up the drain pipes. - finally, in other islands, in similar hotels, if the water is not drinkable, a bottle of water is offered on a daily basis. You might consider that one as an added option.There is will to make your stay pleasant, but that is not enough unfortunately. When you run a place with a number of "villas" you need to be able to offer top notch services. Especially for the amount of money asked for.

  : Good breakfast, but not brilliant for vegans. Not a great selection of fruit. Fab if you like eggs!
  : Just that when we arrived, the 2nd bedroom was slightly unprepared. No mat for the shower, and old shower gel bottles.

  : Perfect location in a quite area within walking distance from town center. Just 15 minutes from the airport. Our room was spacious had a big balcony and a huge private pool which was cleaned just before we arrived. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The manager made sure we were taken care of and helped arrange our excursion at an amazing price with a good private boat.
  : The room lacked a microwave. Thats it. Everything else was perfect.

  : We really loved the location, the views and the jacuzzi in the room. The suite was spacious.
  : It's one of those hotel were the finishings are cheap: you can see small things starting to rot (shower side) and there were so many ants. We could not leave anything out for 5 minutes without ants finding their way to it. I think it's slightly overpriced.

  : Beautiful studios with great amenities. The beach nearby is beautiful. They let us come before the check in ! The persons (Indonesians) woww, best kind of person, very attentif, good workers and always smiling.
  : The breakfast is almost the same everyday. Not a lot pf choices and sometimes its slow. I would recommend to go for a buffet with a lot of options. Dinning next to the parking lot is not the ideal. Maybe a wall ?

  : This was a very inconsistent hotel. The daughter Maria was exceptionally attentive, helpful and pleasant. She attended to the things that went wrong in a timely manner. Some issues were solved. Some were not. The setting was very attractive and peaceful.
  : We had cold showers for the first 2 days. Proper shower on day 3. Cold shower in the morning of day 4. Warm shower after that and for the remainder of our 5 day stay. We booked a second room for my adult daughter and our friend. The room smelled strongly of raw sewerage. We mentioned it on day 4 to Maria. She said why didnt you tell me earlier? I would have thought the cleaner would have mentioned it if the owners were not aware. The issue was fixed on day 4. Our rooms TV did not work at all and the technician did not fix it. Unlike the lovely Maria, her mother had attitude. She was surly to my daughter on day 2 when she asked for a replacement pool towel after the one she was given in day one was still wet. My daughter got a lecture on drying the towel in the sun and that they dont normally replace pool towels the mother replaced the towel as a HUGE one off favour. The next day, Maria cheerfully and politely had a very different attitude and gave the 4 of us fresh towels. The pool was a little cloudy looking so we were reluctant to use it. Breakfast was also inconsistent. Some things were lovely but the bacon in the eggs and bacon was a joke. The bacon was a sausage the size of half my thumb.On our last day the mother seemed more concerned about whether the towels were left in the room before she could return the 10 euro deposit. She made no apology for the things that went wrong. Her whole manner left us with a feeling that all she cared about was the money she was making. Maria could not be faulted. She was perfect. Shame.
