: Far too many long chairs 'reserved' with towels by breakfast time - while it depends on guests quality, I didn't expect a 5 stars hotels allowing it to that extend.Not a critic - there are too many stairs for people with limited mobility

: Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Staff were always friendly and very accomodating to our needs. The hotel offers excellent views and direct access to Psarou beach, which is family friendly. There are free beach beds available to guests, which are patrolled by staff to ensure equity to all guests. There are many steps to the beach so might be hard for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and scented twice daily by housekeeping which we loved with 4 kids. Breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. There is a public bus just outside the resort which can take you to Old Town, the windmills, Little Venice. Platis Gialos which has lots of restaurants and a great nightlife is a 15 minute walk downhill, or accessible by bus.
: We liked that all housekeeping requests could be made via Whats App and responses are prompt. No iron in the room but available on request. Laundry service prices were very expensive.
