: Owner was very nice, kind and hospitable. He immediately solved all our requests. The place is close to very nice almost "private" beaches and two very good tavernas with delicious food and service.
: The location is very windy - sometimes the wind was so strong - it was impossible to sleep. But sometimes the wind helped us to survive hot temperature.

: The location was close enough to the airport and the port, far away though from the main city (due to narrow and winding roads.
: Cleanliness for sure! No nets on the windows, thus making it practically impossible to leave them open to get fresh air, or the mosquitoes would come in.

: Nice clean apartment with kitchen, fridge and aircondition and a small terrace in a quiet area. Two tavernas and a minimarket close by. A beautiful small beach with caves 200 meters from the apartment with not to many tourists. Other beaches and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The walk is beautiful with a view over the ocean and the area. The host was very welcoming and nice and gave me a map of the best beaches on Karpathos and brought me figs and a umbrella for the sun and made sure that I could always call him if I needed anything.

: The friendly greeting by Paris the owner. He offered great advice on the local restaurants to eat. The location was only a short walk from the beautiful Kastelia Bay. Our apartment was comfortable, clean had everything we needed, including access to a balcony with a view of the Aegean Sea.
