Aura Marina apartments is a complex of nine self-catering apartment-houses built in the traditional architectural style of Santorini each with its own terrace and private pool. Situated 800 metres from Akrotiri it overlooks the caldera the town of Fira and the villages of Pyrgos Imerovigli and Oia. All units are air conditioned and have a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony with sea views.

All units feature a kitchenette fitted with a microwave and toaster. A refrigerator and kettle are also offered. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bidet. The apartment features free WiFi.

The beaches of Mesa Pigadia and the famous Red Beach is a 5-minute drive away while the beaches of Perissa Perivolos Vlychada are a 10-minute drive away. Fira is at 12 km Imerovigli at 15 km and Oia at 25 km.

: Spectacular views and staff were very friendly
: Issue with the filter in swimming pool not working.Couldn't get fixed due to a part being required and it being a weekend.Staff were as supportive as can be but could have offered use of an alternative pool.By Monday it was not fixed so we lost out on using the pool for a few days.George and Danai were very helpful and communicative throughout.

: The view, the apartment and the fantastic George the manager.George was in touch before our visit and during. Nothing was too much trouble for George.He genuinely was keen to make sure that everything was perfect.I am well travelled and have stayed in many places and had some really special stays. This stay had a magnificence that is right up there with some of my best travel experiences.Thank you George for making the stay super pleasant, you really made us feel welcome. We would gladly stay In any accommodation that you were managing. Thank you.
: The walk down to the village was amazing, through the narrow pathways. the walk back up the hill however, was tough especially after several beers and a good meal and an ouzo or two it's not far, but it is steep . Take the car!

: Overall the stay was okay, Only the best part of our stay was the humble and helping host Mr. George. He was very polite and helping. He made our day with his warm welcome to us. The view was amazing. The propertys exteriors were beautifully designed and maintained.Some points i would like to highlight are that the description misses the point that the rooms are very haphazardly placed, the stairs are disturbingly small closet like, and there is very little light that enters the house. The view of the caldera were definitely amazing, but the interiors were only passable, most of the lights inside the house were not working, and the kitchen only has nominal utensils which were not really clean. Also the biggest problem is that the water from tap was not drinkable and the place only offered few bottles for the entire stay for a big group like us, qnd the worst part was there were no local grocery store within 10 km radius where we could buy water from, only a small mini market which was an uphill walk which also closed by 8pm. Overall it was not worth the money.
: The first driver for the day trips The rooms arrangement The kitchen The location lacking shops The unavailability of drinking water The transfer services were costly and * what i would really want to highlight is that the first driver who served us was a very rude person. He was so ill mannered that he had no courtesy to greet and treat the guest. Never book the exploring services with that driver.
