  : It was a good vacation.The hotel staff is very friendly and tried in every possible way to create a comfortable stay.A special mention to Ms. Sofia, she is a great professional and dealt with all our special requests and needs in one second.The hotel was clean.everywhere in the hotel and from most of the rooms there is a wonderful view of the sea.The food in the restaurant is varied and fresh, many meat dishes, excellent Greek cuisine.I liked that there were several constantly working bars during the day, I like when there is a beach bar.There is a constant shuttle to the beach with very friendly drivers.Different show programs were organized several times a week, which I also liked.All in all it was a good carefree vacation.
  : it is strange to me that in a five-star hotel with an all-inclusive system there are paid sunbeds on the beach.The pool near the beach did not look well-kept, I had no desire to enter it.when I travel, I sometimes have to work, the internet was very bad.the spa center was not clear to me, I was not able to use the hammam or sauna, in fact, only massages and cosmetic procedures were available for an additional fee, which is more for women.In general, there are no critical remarks, everything was good.

  : Friendly and helpful staff and especially the receptionist Mariantzela and the lady driver. Mariantzela and the lady driver made our stay a very pleasant one. Thank you ladies, you are amazing! Numerous swimming pools. Nice view on the seaside. Good hotel for a family, couples or solo travellers. Big, comfy room. I saw 2 or 3 places with water and food for homeless cats. Not sure if it is the hotel or guests or local people who feed homeless cats but it is GREAT. Keep feeding/helping the animals. It changes a lot in their world.
  : - The hotel is in 2 parts separated by a busy road. You have to climb up a steep hill to get to the main entrance, to the main building. You can call the hotel and ask for the hotel car to drive you up to the main building where there are all the rooms. While booking the hotel, I thought the room with sea view will be in the building on the beach. In fact, no, it was in the main building on the other side of a busy road, up on the hill. The hill is steep. To go down, it's ok. To go up, much more difficult. - The restaurant did not have healthy options for breakfast like avocado on toast, poached eggs, sprouted seeds, gluten free bread or kefir. This would be expected from a 5 star hotel. Coffee from a machine. No freshly squeezed fruit juices. All juices from a machine dispenser. There could be a machine for customers to make their own orange juice from fresh oranges or from apples and carrots. No room service. During dinner, strange smell at the entrance of the restaurant.

  : The restaurant was allover for a 5*hotel worse than for a 3* hotel in Tenerife.

  : Impressive foyer, wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful, good parking area.
  : Got the impression we were nearing end of season, indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but appeared rather cool. The ensuite in our room smelt of dirty drain smell.

  : Hotel is far too big and therefore very crowded, not my style of hotel at all. I thought I would be staying in the building right by the beach, which I later found out is the Galini Spa building; the confusion was down to me. The main hotel is some way from the beach and up a very steep hill. Fine walking down, but not so good walking back up. The reception staff were fine and helpful, despite reception being very busy most of the time. The pool area was exceptionally crowded and noisy, not relaxing at all. The room was OK but old and could have been cleaner.
