  : Good location for bus to Chania and the beach. A couple of great restaurants within walking distance.
  : The pool was pretty cold and closed quite early. The shower was low and no bath plug.

  : Having visited this area several times before - the location was perfect which was why we chose it. 5 minutes to the beautiful golden beach and a bus stop outside to take us into town every night to enjoy the many restaurants on offer. The bus service is excellent! Our room had a lovely sea view!
  : We were in the 3rd block which is furthest away from the main area. No complaints about the location but the bar at the pool was closed due to low season which is not shared in the info prior to arrival. Some staff appeared on a slow down too. We asked 3 different staff over 3 days to replace the broken umbrella on our balcony. The phone did not work so we had no way of contacting reception or help in the event of an emergency - again we mentioned it 3 times to 3 staff but no one fixed it or came back to us. I sent an email to request the toiletries replenished which is usually done automatically. It just felt that staff were winding down and Im not sure this is fair. Guests should receive same service ALL year.

  : Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location good for shops and quick taxi to town, beaches very close!
  : The kitchenette could have more to offer in terms of utensils, bread knife the only knife and no washing up liquid or sponge. Air conditioning was very poor , didnt work well, was pointless.

  : Super location, very clean, pleasant pool, most staff were very nice. The restaurant at the hotel is very good and the prices are same as downtown. Beds super comfy.
  : Very unflexibel with requests, not accessible for handicapped, lots of stairs.

  : Thought the food wasn't great and a little pricey, the cocktails were also terrible. The bed was two single beds rather than a double. The air conditioning didn't really work.
