  : Before flight we contacted hotel about not arriving of wilfires. No answering. Zero communication. Other hotels answered and refunded. And answered to letters There are a lot of people in airporys who need hotels to live in. And this hotel not answered to letters. We not lived in. Because we canceled. So we dont know maybe othets customers lived in? But they took all money. Strange institution. Even then force majeure happends they not communicate at all with customers.

  : Nice pool. Perfect for a relaxing pool holiday. All inclusive was great. Room was lovely and always clean.
  : Lack of facilities. Were there for 1 week with no entertainment. Rude staff. Hardly anyone on reception and when there was, they were rude and unhelpful. Over-reliant on manager (no one else could answer anything) which is not great when she is also hardly ever available. Half an hour walk to the beach.

  : All the food was great, plenty of choice for all. Lunch was fab, fresh gyros was amazing. All the staff were amazing and always so polite to all the guests.

  : Great staf. Very poor wifi throughout the whole hotelarea.Booked beachview for 2 rooms but only 1 was beachview. Great food.They put us in another horrible hotel first 2 nights with no wifi, dirty and very poor standard.

  : Very small swimming pool, location, a lot of drunk and loud guests, loud music from morning to evening, food probably mainly for UK guests (bacon, beans, mushrooms, chips, pizza, Shepherd's pie, ...), breakfast, kitchen Greek limited to a minimum. If you are vegan, you have a big problem! I had to ask non-stop if there was meat in the dishes (waitresses didn't know and went for the cook). Drinks are a joke, but you can buy better at the bar. Very crowded everywhere in the hotel. All sunbeds occupied from 6:30 in the morning and the pool empty at this hour. Air conditioners at the reception, billiards and in the restaurant do not work. Unfortunately, I found out that low price = low quality.

  : Unfortunately one of the worst All Inclusive hotels I've been to in 15 years. Positives: very low price, friendly staff, soups in the evening, Greek salad every day.
  : Very small pool, location, lots of drunk and loud guests, loud music from morning to evening, food probably mainly for UK guests (bacon, beans, mushrooms, fries, pizza, Shepherd's pie, ...), if you are vegetarian then you have a big problem! I had to ask non-stop if there was meat in the meals. The breakfasts are hopeless. Drinks are a joke, but you can buy better at the bar. Very crowded everywhere in the hotel. All sunbeds occupied from 6:30 in the morning and the pool empty at this hour. Air conditioners at the reception, billiards and in the restaurant do not work. I do not recommend this Alcatraz Hotel.
