: The location was good, close to shops and restaurants. The lady who cleaned was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The decor outside was lovely. The owner was helpful and gave us a map of Aegina on arrival.
: The air conditioning didn't work very well. It was set to a higher temperature and wouldn't change. When we complained, the owner did come to fix it very quickly. It was taken down a couple of degrees and then stuck on that, so we had no control of temperature in the room. We also had to ask for a kettle. It would be nice if it was already provided. There was no tea or coffee in the room. All of the other accommodations on this trip have provided this. There were also signs saying don't slam the shower screen, don't use too much water, don't get makeup on towels, etc, which didn't help me to feel relaxed. The owner also asked me to pay an extra 1.50 on check out for taxes, I thought this was strange because booking.com said that all taxes were included. We were also moved to a different room, and I would have preferred the room we booked, but someone else was staying in there, so we were moved upstairs.

: The breakfast at Irene's(an associate of the owner at an inn around the corner) made stupendous, home cooked breakfasts for 6 euros! She had an assortment of savory pies/pastries, delicious cakes, yogurt, fruit, cheese, bread with butter and jam, fresh squeezed OJ. Delicious! Our room was spotless with a comfy bed. It was small but had everything we needed. The owner and host John was charming and eager to help and please his guests. The location was just up the road from the port and close to restaurants, cafes and shops. But it was peaceful and quiet
: The AC worked ok but would have been better to just have a ceiling fan

: Host and staff were very welcoming and helpful regarding information about where everything was located in town inc restaurants, beaches and buses to enable us to fully explore the island. Cleanliness was always of a high standard
