: nice garden and view, very little private swimming pool, the apartment sufficiently large for three people
: breakfast has a good choice of salt and sweet items however almost no fruit and very bad coffee

: Great place to stay, though a little hard to find. Youll know youre close when you are driving on a small road through an olive farm. Thats part of the beauty of Crete though. Explore the island and drive from Carme Villas to the Caves Matala. Stunning views and a great road trip. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, and Crete is one of those bucket list places to see. I hated olives all my life, then I tried Crete olives. Magnificent.

: Very peaceful (however highly dependant of your neighbours), nice view, comfortable villa and warm pool. Excellent breakfast with wide variety! Arranging staff, we add an extra baby bed to use as a park to protect from the pool after asking.Overall great stay but very depending from what villa you have (not all are same exposition/view/privacy)we stayed in Villa 10, good (but 12 or 1 is better for privacy) The local beach/village : nothing to see. But 15min drive to Rethymon which is great
: Privacy with other villas, if people are quiet its fine otherwise it s like camping, you hear everything out. Also depending on the people next to you.I was expecting a warmer welcome from the staff compared to the average highly welcoming locals in the island, we find them rather cold. There is a playgroubd for kids with lots of toys. but sooo dirty you cannoy leave them play there (why not cleaning???)
