When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Hôtel d'Alsace in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Here is some information to help you better organize your stay in our establishment.

The hotel is open during Reception opening hours: - from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. - outside these hours you can only enter the establishment if you have your access card.

The CHECK IN is done: - from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The organization of the establishment does not allow any CHECK IN ANTICIPATE.

No arrival after 9 p.m. will be possible without prior agreement from the establishment.

The CHECK OUT : is done before 11am, no LATE CHECK OUT is possible. GROUP BOOKING Beyond 4 rooms reserved, the cancellation conditions can be modified, the establishment will inform you.

DISABLED ROOM : We have two PMR rooms, do not hesitate to request them when booking with the establishment; subject to availability.

BREAKFAST We offer a buffet breakfast with unlimited hot and cold drinks, pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, dairy products, fresh fruit, compote,.... The price is 9€ per adult and 4.5€ per child (up to 14 years old) in addition, to be reserved at the time of your arrival. Served daily: - 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tuesday to Friday - from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sunday, Monday and public holidays Our establishment does not provide room service and it is forbidden to bring your trays up to your room.

CHILDREN : All children must be included in your reservation. The rooms can be equipped with a baby cot up to 2 years old (depending on availability) free of charge. Please let us know before your arrival.

No room can be equipped with an extra bed.

PETS Animals are accepted with an increase of 5€/animal/night. Only one animal per room. Please let us know before your arrival. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the establishment. Animals should not be left alone in your room during your absence. Animals are prohibited in the breakfast saddle.

BAR : We offer a small selection of hot and cold drinks, beers and local wines. End of service at 8:30 p.m. You can consume your drinks in your room.

CAR PARK : We have 2 free unguarded car parks for your motorbikes or cars. Without reservation necessary.

BIKE GARAGE : We have a closed and free garage for bicycles. PLEASE NOTE, for Electrically Assisted Bicycles, BATTERIES are strictly PROHIBITED in the GARAGE, think of your keys so that you can remove them. No reservation necessary.
