  : We had a garage to lock up our 4 motorcycles. The food was excellent.

  : We had stayed before in the main hotel a year ago and the room was quaint but had everything you need for a stopover and was such good value when all you really want is a bed for the night. This time we were delighted to be taken around to the little ensuite studio apartment. Again very quirky and quaint but for a night's sleep it was great value. We really loved having a tiny terrace outside to sit on and watch the river on the quiet little cut-de-sac. Sadly we couldn't go out and buy a bottle to share there watching the sun go down as no shops were within striking distance but if we had come prepared it would have been lovely. As it was we walked over the bridge to the fantastic waterside restaurant. If we had a bigger budget I'm sure the restaurant at La Treille would have been a real treat. The area is lovely for exploring - Montfort especially.
  : There are no shops or little bars within walking distance apart from the fantastic waterside restaurant over the bridge. On the occasion last year we opted for breakfast but I presume to keep costs down the fare was simple and inflexible presumably ensuring there was no wastage. ( My husband cannot have anything sweet so when he asked for an extra bread instead of a croissant it was not possible.) We parked in the little road but as it is an awful corner to get out of, next time we will make sure we park in the car park a few yards further on.
