A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After booking, guests will receive a confirmation email from the property containing: - Reception opening hours - The property's location - A list of extra services available at the property - Directions to the property - Nearby points of interest and other practical information

Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time.

Please note that reduced mobility accessible rooms are available according to availability. Guests are requested to contact the property in advance to confirm availability.

Please note that a pre-payment equal to the total amount of the reservation will be taken once the reservation is made. This will be automatically refunded in the event of a free cancellation.

Payment is possible with a Visa or a Mastercard only.

All taxes are included except the city tax which is to be paid at the property.

Please note that the pool is open from the Easter school holidays to October, according to the weather conditions. The opening times are from 10:00 to 19:00.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided.

End of stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before departing.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning are not included, but are available for an extra fee.

Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night upon prior confirmation.

The kids club is open in July and August.
