  : Horrible service of the staff, and specially of the manager. I had made a booking an hour before arrival. At arrival we found out the hotel could not accommodate my car since the entrance was to low. The friendly receptionist called another hotel and made a reservation for me there and told me she would cancel my booking FREE OF CHARGE. However I just noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged after all. I called the Kyriad hotel in Villefranche sur Saone and spoke to the (alleged) manager. She told me I had to pay since it was a non refundable booking. The fact that her colleague told me I would not be charged didnt make any difference to her. I have to pay. I now ended up paying for TWO hotel stays for the same night although I was told I would not be charged. Appalling client service!

  : Staff and position. The guy how checked us in was really nice and borrowed us an iron for our dresses
  : Bathroom conditions, very poorly cleaned. Romm size was pretty small and all the style of the structure in general
