  : Finding out that I can bring my dog to stay, on my next vest. Staff are very friendly and French bulldog is very friendly as well. Breakfast is very nice, room are comfortable.
  : Rooms could do with kettle and coffee & tea facilities, also children on the top floor running about, sounds like they are about to come through the ceiling, especially if going to up early for long drive

  : Excellent location; quick, easy check-in; nice, lovingly decorated rooms; friendly staff; very tasty fresh croissants for breakfast. Great for an overnight stay in Vichy. Keep in mind that you'll have to find a parking spot yourself, there are none at the hotel - it proved quite easy for us, though, and it's not too expensive.

  : Central location. Covered smoking area downstairs (it poured with rain on the first night) with table and chairs - and budgerigars! Cheap parking on the street right outside or very near the hotel (free street parking a little further away). Bring a double adapter to charge your phone. The single socket in the room, next to the bed, is used for the bedside light.

  : The receptionnist kindly provided some information about the city upon arrival and the triple room we booked was actually an average double room coupled with a small individual room, which was very convenient with a small child. The breakfast was quiet generous with croissants, bread and a buffet. The room had been partially renovated and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is quite close to the city centre.
  : Some parts of the room would need to be renovated (leaking isolation joint on the windows for example). A fan would have been useful in the room in this period of heat wave. The stairs to the rooms are quite narrow, which makes it quite difficult to climb with big luggages (not that they can do much about the size of the staircase, but no help was offered). On Booking, it is mentioned that there is free parking around but it's actually not the case (even though we didn't pay since we visited during the weekend).
