  : It does not give me pleasure to mark this hotel down but the reason for booking this Chateau was the location, the parking and the restuarant. First two were great. This is an out of town Chateau and we arrived to be told the restuarant was full without any previous notification. No offer of room service, fixed meal so had a glass of wine some olives and almonds for our evening sustanance. Front of desk most appologetic but management should grab the chef by the scruff of the neck so as to be more flexible for hotel guests. Needlessly to say, even with a house near Toulouse I will not be booking here again
