  : The location was superb very close to the centre of Troyes but far enough away to be really quiet. As this was an apartment hotel there was no restaurant on site, but we ordered breakfast which was left outside our room as promised the next morning. Fantastic spread and plenty of it! The room was lovely in the eaves of the medieval building - which meant we had to be careful about the beams running across! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom functioned - just about - it was a bit small. The private parking was secure and the receptionist helpfully guided my husband in through the very narrow entrance!
  : The only thing that wasn't great was the WIFI but we had 4G signal so for one night this didn't matter.

  : A super hotel with a very friendly owner and helpful, professional and also friendly staff. We had a comfortable, clean and spacious room with shower room/wc and kitchenette. Very welcome (and unusual for the town centre) parking at a small extra charge made this a convenient location to visit Troyes.
  : Nothing - but beware the very narrow ancient arch into the car park, Marine was an absolute expert in giving guidance - thank-you

  : Bedroom extremely comfortable, and the apartment was very roomy. A very nice property - we didn't have breakfast but the eating area was pleasant. It's easy to miss the street entrance, but once you're in the courtyard it's very pretty.
  : This may have been a cultural misunderstanding, but I booked an apartment instead of a room so that either my sister or I could sleep on the foldout couch. We found when we were about to go to bed that there were no sheets or covers for the foldout so I contacted the proprietor and was told that I would have had to book for a larger number of people in order to get those. So we only had use of one bed. Lesson learned - if you want to use the foldout, tell them you have 4 people coming (I guess). (I speak French so that wasn't the issue.)

  : Fabulous location. Beautifully finished. We had the top floor apartment and it was gorgeous. Great showers.Good value for money.
  : Badly designed kitchen, couldn't open the dishwasher without opening the oven door, and even then it didn't fully open. Fittings in sink in toilet need replacing.Great to have secure parking but if you have a large car it is a little tricky to access.
