  : The property was clean & had great amenities (I really liked that there was a washer & kitchen area. The pantry is stocked nicely & there is even a coffee machine!). Its location is also superb, a short walk away from the metro, Toulouse Matabiau station and also places like Rue Jean Jaures which had a lot of shopping outlets. The host also kindly provided travel guides, recommendations and even books by the bedside to read.
  : However the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. I had 2 x 20kg luggages, and safe to say it was no easy feat! I recommend those who travel light to stay here. The hallways are also dark and you have to press a light at the side to light it up when needed. The walls of the apartment were also a little thin, and I could hear the neighbours (this didnt disturb my sleep though, I rested well!)

  : Location is great - close to all the places to go, walking distance from train station, and there is a nice bakery and couple of other great places to eat just steps away, but still on a calm street.Good size and comfortable bathroom and well equipped kitchen (for those who will cook). Self-check-in is great too.
  : It feels smaller in real life than in the pictures. We are not super tall people, but slanted ceiling felt very close to the head in the living room and bedroom. For those above 1,75m it will not be comfortable. Skylight windows are nice, but its not super easy to open/close the curtain, needed to use a very unstable chair to do it.Entrance of the building was under renovation, walls with a fresh paint and open floors. Apartment is on the 3d floor, but its a serious walk up (not good for those with leg problems. Also walls and floors are paper thin, while in the bedroom i could hear every word and move of the people in the neighboor apartment. And when they walked it felt like they are walking in my room.The lights in the bedroom are not working properly, to disconnect some of them you need to fully reboot an electricity (which i figure out only the next day after sleeping one night with a bright light right in front of my eyes, so not sleeping one night out of two).But the most ridiculous part is 300 eur deposit that was the double of the cost of our stay. Once we got in the apartment we couldnt understand what this deposit was protecting, as everything is the cheapest and rather used ikea stuff, that is all together worth less than 300 eur.

  : The place is located very close to the bus stop from/to the airport, also close to the supermarket and canal. Apartment is clean and nice, there is everyrhing you need. There is coffee maker, coffee and few tea bags. There were towels and also fan in the bathroom. Bedroom is separated by door. The apartment is in the third floor, the walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors. Bed is very soft and has only one cover.
  : You have to pay a deposit. It would be ok, if I know when it will be given back to me. No one responded to my many messages about this topic. But in the end I have my money back, even no one has responded, so it is ok - probably there were needed some days to process it.
