  : Rooms were very clean and extremely quiet. Although what you gained in quiteness you lost in views. The view out was of a blank wall and wooden terrace type thing with a few chairs to sit on and admire the blank wall and you nextdoor neighbours!
  : The breakfast was very expensive, especially as there was a superb boulangerie literally opposite, doing the same thing for half the price.

  : It was freezing cold, even when we asked the hotel staff they said the temperature cannot be regulated. Very unhelpful. I was sleeping in my jacket! After complaining the morning after we got nothing in return. No sorry, no complementary breakfast, no discount, nothing. One of the poorest hotel experiences in my life.

  : Very stylish yet comfortable room. Great value for money. Super central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : The corridors were very dark. My wife and boy found it almost scary. Our window just went out into a small concrete space within the building. So no actual view at all. It also seemed accessible to people from other rooms, so didn’t feel particularly private. Having said that, there was no actual issue.

  : The hotel itself and facilities are pretty nice, the location is convenient. Hotel has a special tariff for Indigo Kleber parking but be sure to ask for it at the reception.
  : The staff is not very welcoming. They didn’t have a place at their own parking so suggested Indigo Kleber but didn’t mention they have a special tariff for it. We had to ask for it ourselves when we found out about it on the parking. At 9.40 am in the morning somebody started fixing or renovating something in a room nearby and woke us up though we didn’t receive any heads up from the staff. It culminated with some drilling by the time we were packing to check out. When we mentioned it to the reception they were “surprised” as it was supposed to start only at 10 am and said we should have had to call them about it. To sing us back to sleep with a lullaby for 20 minutes, I suppose. So waking the guests up at 10am is ok for them, not a problem.

  : The hotel is a favourite of ours and we have stayed here several times as we pass through Strasbourg. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, simple, but very well appointed and the whole hotel is quirkily decorated in an African style. We have eaten here in the past and all was great although because of a heavy rain storm we ended up in a lovely nearby restaurant for dinner that night. Can thoroughly recommend.
  : All was great. The hotel has parking below but expect some tight turns.
