  : The location is superb!! Next to the cathedral and everything is in the walking distance. The view from the apartment amazing from day to night. The decoration of the apartment is modern and chic!
  : There is only one foot towel for each shower room so the floor could be a bit wet after the shower as there is no shower to close the shower area.

  : located directly in the heart of the town. Nice Maisonette and comfortable bed. Cremant in the fridge for welcome
  : Details designed by a controller? (slim toilet paper, no tabs for dish washer, part of furniture have seen better days, cremant rather economy class)

  : The metal staircase, and the lack of mirrors, would be good to have a mirror downstairs.

  : There's only one thing to say about the house: It's perfect. Location, cleanliness, comfort, beds everything is great.
  : I may have a criticism for the information regarding the car park. Due to the location of the house, there are days and hours when it is closed to traffic. More information is needed on this subject. The parking problem is valid for this house as well as for all of Strasburg, but the central car parks are easy to use. It's also easy to walk after parking.

  : Location and space. There was access to washing machine and dryer.
  : Room was not completely cleaned pre our stay (old food in kitchen and floors dirty). There was no electricity when checked in and after language barriers with owner we were able to restore thru main box, following his instructions.

  : Very very cramped and dangerous stairway to access room upstairs. Small lift can only carry one bag at a time

  : Not a lot, but I guess the property was pretty central and close to the cathedral.
  : The property did not liaise with us in arrivals, there was no communication to see if we had any issues. When we tried to reach the property owners, they did not speak English and we were unable to talk to them. So we were pretty much left on our own.We had a few issues on arrival:-WiFi at the property did not work. -We had communicated that we are a party of three, but the sofa bed was not made for us on arrival.- Hot water was not working.- the property in general had seen better days, it was dirty.- dirty mugs were left in cupboards.- I could add more, but I would leave it at that.I would not recommend the property for guests with children, the stairs were unsafe. The property owners should ensure that when they have guests, they should get the property clean and ready before their arrival.
