Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 15:00 and 21:00.
Early check-in can be arranged upon prior request.

Please note that the following extra fees apply for late check-in from Monday to Saturday:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 to 22:00
- EUR 20 from 22:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 01:00 (in the morning)

Please note that the following extra fees apply for check-in on Sundays and public holidays:
- EUR 10 before 20:00
- EUR 20 from 20:00 to 21:00
- EUR 30 from 21:00 to 22:30
- EUR 45 from 22:30 to 01:00

Please note that check-in is not possible after 01:00 in the morning.

The extra-fee will be paid at the check-in at the person who will welcome you.
