  : The location was excellent - situated in the medieval city and very close to all the amenities and a large car park. The host was very welcoming and helpful providing clear information which made accessing, using and leaving the property trouble free. The apartment was as described save for a missing item which was replaced at the first opportunity when the host was made aware.
  : The only cause for concern was the fact there were several large bags of laundry material seemingly stored at the foot of the staircase which was the only means of egress for the occupants of the apartments. It's possible that this is permitted but I was surprised to find flammable material which, if ignited, might have rendered the staircase impassable. A fire extinguisher was provided on the wall but that might have been difficult to access in a smoke-filled environment.

  : Location and well-designed apartment.
  : Poor communication! No instructions on how to get to the apartment prior to the arrival despite of the sent emails and phone calls to request the assistance. We waited outside the apartment on the day of check in and had to call booking.com to help us reaching the owner. At the property only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were provided for our 7-night stay and no hair dryer. We complained but again no response.

  : Location was excellent for sightseeing in the local area. We had problems accessing our apartment but after a call to the owner we managed to get in. Unfortunately, apartment was not as clean as we would have expected. It would also be a nice touch if there was a small welcome basket on our arrival as we had a long journey - with no milk or coffee so we went shopping the next day for essentials.
  : cleaning - dust and small flies on window sills no essentials on arrival (maybe a couple of coffee pods, milk and water)

  : Location , air conditioning, and heat good
  : No help from owner for taxi and had to walk to train station. Garbage was not clearly dealt with the owner told us to take it away in car, we were NOT driving one.This was the only place we have stayed in over the last 10 years traveling that did not provide hair dryer (50 stays) We had to throw away salt, sugar, olive oil, soap and numerous condiments as owner wanted apartment stripped of such items.

  : The location of this apartment was the draw card here as it was a lovely square in the central part of that old town. Generally quiet and very convenient with a grocery store within a couple of minutes walk At the back of the main church so the bells did chime from 7am onwards but this wasnt invasive. No parking in the old city but free parking available outside only a short walk away.
  : The property (for our 5 night stay) only provided very limited toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. We were told before arriving we would have one of each but were expected (rightly) to leave the apartment clean. For 5 nights 1 roll of toilet paper was insufficient and 1 table for the dishes same. We had to buy extra for both and bringing your own dishwashing tablets for a provided dishwasher (when travelling for extended time) was a little inconvenient and I thought this a little cheap given the expense of the accommodation

  : The location of Le Porsche de Sarlat was amazing - a great little square that was generally quiet, The ground floor flat we had was well equipped, cozy and very comfortable. It had a well fitted kitchen and a very comfortable bed. It was close to all the great features of the Medieval town of Sarlat. For the people who have complained about having to take out your own garbage, and limited supplies like toilet paper. - these are small insignificant issues compared to the comfort and location of the surrounding. In addition coming by car is a breeze as there is free parking in a lot by the park or you can park for free for one hour in the lot outside the old city. No issue wheeling luggage to the flat. It was very quiet at night and a joy to get up in the morning and have breakfast in the little garden.
