  : Location is ok, you have everything what is needed such as bakery, market, restaurants. Beach is nice with free beds, swimming pool is ok as well. Pretty garden.
  : DEPOSIT! The facility is quite old. It is clean but a lot of things should be repaired or even renovated, especially bathrooms. It won't be such big problem, but looking at this fact through the prism of the 300 EUR deposit charged at check in makes you wonder about the purpose of the deposit. Money are blocked at check in, just in case, when you detroy something that is already not working. Another thing is that deposit can't be payed by cash, only by credit card. Deposit is not unblocking during check out, but after cleaning the apartment so in fact you are leaving and do not know if you will get your money back or someone will decide that some part of the deposit needs to be paid for something. And the last thing - theoretically my deposit was unblocked 2 days after check out (18.09) but till today (29.09) it is still blocked in my bank. I have contacted bank twice, got information that they did not get any info from the hotel about unblocking the money. In the menatime hotel informed me that the amount has been unblocked weeks ago.... Anyway, first of all it is not fair to block money at check in and unblock whenever hotel wants (I know that it is not easy to manage it at check out but if they block it immediately at check in, should give at least confirmation about unblocking during check out and manage it somehow). And second thing is that requiering deposit in old facility when not everything is working is quite weird. To sum up - probably my money will be unblcoked automatically after 30 days since blocking....... That's why I am giving only one star.

  : Very crowded and long walk to pool. Only stayed one night but had to make own beds. Didn't have any pillowcases so had to ring out of hours caretaker and wait for them to arrive.

  : They are taking 300 deposit, returned it after 5 days!!! Thats mile too long. We were in 4 hotels during our trip. If every hotel take 300 deposit for such a long time my credit card could be blocked. Otherwise everything was perfect.

  : The staff were helpful. Property was clean, swimming pool is clean and nice. A lot of parking slots. Nice gardens at property.
  : Washer machines at property were broken. Bed and sofa not comfortable. T.V small and no much canals. No internet No restaurant or cafeteria at property (very small bar that offer few things at swimming pool and works only for few hours)

  : The apartments are basic but nice and clean. Be aware that there are a lot of hidden costs in the small print. You have to pay tax per adult per day. Theres also a 300 euro deposit to be paid, towels and sheets are also an extra cost. The photos used are out of date. The pool no longer has tiles but a laminate surface, this is fine but they hosed it down every morning so it was soaking wet and slippery. Also water pooled at the sides behind the sunbeds which in turn caused mosquitoes to hang around and bite you at the pool. The beach is not what it looks like in the pictures! Its lovely to have a sea view from your apartment in the morning. However the beach was so poor we didnt even bother using it. They dont clean it. The park shouldnt be advertised at all. We had young children and the park was a draw for us. The park is now shingle floor, the climbing frame is broken and out of use. The table tennis table is broken in half, the roundabout has gone. So effectively theres swings and a rocking horse. The park is surrounded by pretty flowers that attract hornets! Theres also lots of mosquitoes so not the best environment for young children. I went once and got bitten 7 times in 15min. So yes the apartment is cheap and I still think good value considering local prices, however theres not a park, the beach isnt nice and the pool is not great. I wouldnt come again. Luckily we had a hire car so we just drove to nice beaches most days but if we hadnt I would have been really disappointed with the holiday.
  : The photos are not valid- very out of date. The park isnt usable.. shouldnt be advertised. The pool has changed surface and with that comes slippery surfaces (Im pregnant and had to be really careful not to fall) and pools of mosquito attracting water where they constantly hose the pool. The man who cleans the pool constantly smoking at the side of the pool but you cant take your lolly or coffee to the sun lounger? The beach is not clean and doesnt look anything like the pictures - very disappointing! Loads of hidden costs. You have to pay for sheets and towels. Theres a 300 euro deposit and you have to pay holiday tax per day per adult?! Not sure what thats all about. So with that all slapped on top its not as cheap as it looks.
