: It was a lovely little place to have some relaxing days. We were lucky to be closest to the little lake, which gave us a bit of extra privacy. We loved the quiet and darkness in the evening. Perfect when you're used to a city. We 100% recommend staying out until it's really dark so you can watch the amazing sky, filled with thousand of stars. The place was very nice, clean and had everything you needed for your holiday. We also loved that there were insectscreens on some windows. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the big bathroom. Also great nature to see and some fun roads to see some nice castles around the area.
: It was a bit unclear which areas were accessible for common use, but we had enough with our own place, so we didn't need to use any other rooms during our stay.

: Overall it is a lovely property in a great rural location. Star gazing is amazing and the deer graze in the fields around. Great size bathroom.
: The kitchen: sitting at the table looking at the vacuum cleaner etc. Having to wash up miss matched cutlery (couldnt set the table for 2 the same) and glasses before being able to use them. It felt like eating at a students house.

: Lovely house and quite rural location, lots of wildlife and flowers around.
: The kitchen seemed too dirty, I spent the first hour of our visit washing the work surfaces. There seems to be a lot of clutter and mess upstairs which was blocked off to us but we could still see it, which as odd. The beds are not made, which is not very welcoming. It would not take much to make this beautiful house beautiful again. I feel it just needs a deep clean and it would be perfect.

: Rustic charm - very quiet and peaceful. Loire chateaux are reasonably easy to reach. Owners responsive and helpful.
: A little too remote for us - but may suit many.
