: Location was charming and while we did not use the pool or tennis court, it was nice to know it was there. Had a wonderful meal at the restaurant but the flies were overwhelming and took away from the dinner experience.
: It was rated as a 5-star hotel, which it might be in that area, but it lacked any real luxury in the rooms. It was extremely hot so with no air conditioning or even a fan in the room, it was stifling and difficult to sleep,

: No provision for having tea / coffee either in your room or in the hotel. A bar area would have been perfect.

: The location was superb, the room very comfortable and clean and pool was a bonus.
: Our room was on the second floor without an elevator, this we were aware of, a young man and lady assisted us with our luggage which was very kind.Unfortunately from that first day to our departure, was rather disappointing, no warmth, was not asked how we enjoyed our stay or was their anything they could help us with in regards to local attractions

: Despite having booked dinner was told they werent opening Swimming poolso very inconvenient! Nothing else walking distance and had been driving all day.Swimming pool nothing like photos on Booking.com in a very tired state. in desperate need of upgrading, Surrounded by dead lawn old pool lounges etc.
